No studies but...: As far as I know, no one has done any research studies proving dry brushing is beneficial, but there are no studies showing it's not beneficial. It has been used for 5000 years and many people attest to its benefits. It makes sense to me that it would help, it can not possibly be harmful & it only costs the price of a brush.
