Treat symptoms: Lots of fluids, tylenol, (acetaminophen) vaporizer, cough syrup or honey, tamiflu if started within 48hrs of onset. Many people find a warm bath relaxing and it may help to relieve some of your body aches, and the humidity might help decongest you. If using otc 'flu' products read the label to be sure you aren't duplicating ingredients. Never use Aspirin nor salicylic acid in under 18, due to reye's syndrome.
