Impossible: to lose 30 kg in one month, that is 66 lbs and that would also be very unsafe. I know that emotionally you want to get the weight off right now! But remember you didn't put it all on in a month. The best thing to do is make a goal for 1-2 lbs of about 1 kg a week. Do this with a reasonable diet, low carb has recently been shown to be the best along with at least 45 minutes of exercise a day.
