I have a problem in my tooth. possibly 1st molar. when i strongly press my heel against ground it gets some what irritation. like it just shaky?

See your dentist: to rule out sinus infection. Anytime you experience tooth pain upon impact of your foot hitting the ground, see your dentist. If no dental problem is found, a sinus infection is most likely the cause of your pain. Take care.
