What is this problem about clotting of blood due to deficiency of protein how curable is it and how serious is it???

Which protein?: Which one's deficient? Protein C? Protein S? One of the others? This isn't curable but may be something you can manage with medication. The great danger is blood clots in the leg breaking off and going to the lungs. Ask which deficiency and the specifics your case.
