Are there any medications or supplements that can help my son's high-functioning autism?

Autism meds: Vitamin D and Omega 3 fish oils are helpful. Sometimes extra iron is useful if ferritin is low. Beyond those, everything else is on a case by case basis. Talk to your pediatrician or a developmental pediatrician and/or psychiatrist for other useful meds and supplements for your specific child.
