Panic attacks: can make your blood pressure high temporarily. It is not surprising that your blood pressure would be a little high in this situation. In order to be sure your blood pressure is OK, you need to go see your doctor when you are feeling fine, and have your blood pressure taken, to see if it has normalized. Hope this helps!
