You need tests.: Leg swelling could be indicative, worst case scenario, of a problem with your heart, liver or kidneys and as such requires a thoughtful investigation with your doctor. Could be blood clots but it would be unusual to have these in both legs at the same time. Could be something more simple, but those possibilities need to be addressed.
