Get checked: Some Lyme literate doctors believe that fibromyalgia is a stage 2 manifestation of Lyme disease. With Lyme there is always coinfections. The eyelid red dots issue could be a coinfection associated with the Lyme.

No: I do not recognize your description of rash as part of fibromyalgia. Suggest a visit to a dermatologist.
