Needs to be checked: Lump may or may not be related to urinary infection. 3 days of appropriate antibiotic should suffice for simple UTI. Lump could be a para-urethral or Skene's gland cyst. Best evaluated by gynecologist or you primary care Dr provided s/he performs a pelvic examination. Good Luck
