Lactation specialist: many hospital ob units have a lactation specialist .you should try to see one in the hospital. You can use a breast shield--it may help.dont worry--i am sure a good lactation specialist should have ideas.

Lactation consultant: Many hospitals offer tours of their delivery units. sign up for a tour at the hospital where you are planning to have your baby and ask the tour guide if they have lactation consultants and if you could consult with them before you give birth.
