May be normal: This situation is called galactorrhea and can be seen in normal women. Mild production can occur secondary to sexual activity, specifically repetitive stimulation of the nipples. However, there are some problems that can be found. The basis for evaluation is a prolactin level, a blood test that can be run in women with this condition.

Galactorrhea,See gyn: Milky discharge from breast nipple when stimulated can be normal. However, this may indicate some problem with thyroid or pituitary gland. Some mdications can cause this. You should see your gyn for proper evaluation and diagnosis.
