36 weeks 3cm 70% been having braxton hicks all day probably 5 an hour they are irregular and having heartburn, short of breath could this mean labor?

Labor: When the contractions are painful and five minutes apart for at least an hour it is time to be seen in labor and delivery. If you feel your pain is severe you should be promptly evaluated. If you are having trouble breathing then you should be seen in the ER. Over the counter medications such as Omeprazole are safe for use for heartburn.
