How long it take for fallopian tubes to heal or possibly grow back (recanalize) after a pomeroy tl? what type of suture is used during tl?

I don't know: One thing is true after a pomeroy prcedure it is possible that sperm can find there way across the cut segment or that the tubes will grow back. It is the number 1 procedure for sterilization but not fool proof
