New insurance: tramadol is now a monitored drug and cannot be prescribed online-I am sorry about your insurance situation; however you can go to your local health department or use OTC Advil or Aleve (naproxen) for pain management.

FM is very painful: and should be treated regularly and without interruption, as sx's tend to get worse and then don't respond as quickly to meds when resumed. Tramadol is only one of many meds used to treat FM, so you might want to see a specialist who isn't going anywhere soon. Docs who treat arthritis or pain in general tend to know about FM (but not always). Here's a reference: http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/fibromyalgia/basics/definition/con-20019243

Some advice: Assuming you do indeed have fibromyalgia, the drug tramadol is a rather poor choice. We do have onsite some very experienced clinicians in area of fibromyalgia, and a Concierge visit with Dr Laurence Badgley might be of great value.
