Time To Relax: Yeah, sure. Just have them avoid that small implant area. Shouldn't be too difficult for them. No use pressing and squeezing that area. I've known people with stitches and staples who got massages, they just avoided the sensitive area.

Yes: There is no contraindication to receiving a massage if you have a Nexplanon implant. I would advise, however, prior to the massage that you notify the masseuse of the implant and it's location so he/she can avoid massaging that area as pressing on the implant can cause local discomfort or irritation.
