Sure: Nothing in carrot juice is relevant to kidney stone treatment. Drinking lots of water (which the kidney then eliminates) may help push the stone down the ureter. If you are a "stone-former" I suggest you get an evaluation by a nephrologist to determine possible preventive strategies.
