Hard to tell...: Haven't seen Sollievo pills in the local stores, but online the laxative appears to have senna extract and other herbs. Because it seems to be a nonprescription herbal product, nobody truly knows how well it works (usually due to lack of thorough research). One can check with his doctor about trying a larger dose, but most doctors will refer one to more common laxatives with familiar dose effects.
