Senna Plus: Senna Plus contains Sennosides (Senna) & Docusate Sodium. It may lead to bowel movement within 6 to 12 hours. Per http://dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/archives/fdaDrugInfo.cfm?archiveid=39946 “If you do not have a comfortable bowel movement by the second day, increase dose by one tablet (do not exceed the maximum dosage or decrease dose until you are comfortable”
