About 1 in 300: First, not all bleeding is your period. You may have had some breakthrough bleeding, which is not uncommon. Check a pregnancy test and if negative, you should be fine. Since you've had a tubal ligation, you may be able to have a novasure ablation done and just stop those periods and irregular bleeding.
