2 things to check on: You must have hit your knuckles with some force. you might need to see a physician. I would also be concerned about what would have made you so angry to do this. Your doctor can give you a good medical check up to see if it is a medical problem that causing your upset. He can also refer you to a psychologist or psychiatrist for a check on your emotional health as well.
