Yes, seek help. : A tooth abscess can cause radiating pain, however it should be considered an emergency especially when you experience facial swelling, fever, difficulty breathing/swallowing, or swelling of the floor of mouth and neck. Swelling extending to the eye is serious and would require professional attention and necessary treatment. Get an evaluation by a professional as soon as possible. Good luck.

It is serious: A tooth abscess won't go away without treatment. A dental abscess is a collection of pus that forms in your teeth or gums as a result of a bacterial infection. The dentist will treat a tooth abscess by draining it and getting rid of the infection. See a dentist for a treatment ASAP.
