Possibly: ? lymphoid tissue which is not cancer.Did you ask your ENT what is it? Normally I would answer the patient with a better answer than "it is nothing".Call and ask her/him your question.If that does not work,see a different ENT .However,if it was cancer,the ENT specialist would have recognized it.Good luck.

Hello just a quick question. About two months ago woke up to realize I had one enlarged tonsil. I've seen a ent who really isn't to concerned. As he said you would be able to tell if it was cancer. What couod cause this overnight? Size is L+2 R +1?
