a bump below the skin at the inside base of my middle finger, it feels almost like it's part of the bone. it doesn't move but pressure hurts it.

Lump: Hard to say for sure. It could be a ganglion cyst that arises from the synovial membrane Since it is painful when you press on it you should show it to your doctor to be sure no further investigation is required
