Call you Dr.: As the infection can cause issues with trying to conceive more than an antibiotic. There are many antibiotics safe in pregnancy, and your Dr. should be aware you are trying to conceive and so an antibx "safe in pregnancy" can be rx'd. Best wishes to you.
