Pain: There are many things listed in this description that can affect conception including: cigarette smoking, obesity, and the combination of muscle relaxers and prednisone. Other, safer, ways to treat back pain like regular exercise/stretching, massage, ice pain, should be evaluated. Also it is not normal to have severe pain around ovulation, if you haven't already, see an obgyn for further eval
