Walk: Walking, anti-inflammatory medications, ice, gentle massage, can all help. Hot showers or hot tubs after 48 hours help. Gentle williams flexion exercises will help- look them up online. Stretching should not be painful- only feel like a stretch. If it doesn't get better or worsens, see your family md to make sure there's not a fracture or other problem.
