LongDieTheQueen!!: Elizabeth was a queen, not a king! And the bacteria of her namesake(not really)is found just about everywhere. It depends in the amount in your wound and can cause a wound infection. Now, pseudomonas is a well known nasty little bugger that infects wounds. In general, there are single antibiotics that could treat both, but treatment should be verified with tests of the bacterial susceptibility to them.

Wound infection: These two bacteria tend to be resistant to the usual antibiotics. The treating physicians should seek consultation from an infectious disease specialist to direct antibiotic therapy (type, route and duration of therapy) in addition to aggressive wound care.

Unfortunately, yes: These are both serious gram negative pathogens. E.meningoseptica is often resistant to usual gram negative agents except piperacillin, but are sensitive to vancomycin and rifampin and often sensitive to quinolones and bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim). What antibiotics are you treated with? ~13% of hospital-acquired pseudomonas infections are multi-drug resistant. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3841494/
