Asymptomatic UTI: Bacteria in urine without symptoms (and often without other UTI abnormalities) is called asymptomatic bacteriuria. It's quite common in older women, often not treated. At your age (32), most experts recommend treating. Also, pseudomonas is somewhat unusual. Do you have any underlying urinary tract problems? Recent hospitalization w/ catheter? Discuss w/ doctor and maybe infectious disease expert.
