I take lyrica and cymbalta. i currently have a severe cough and difficulty smelling things. i just wanted to know whether or not i can take mucinex or robitussin with my rx. meds?

You probably should get tested for Covid, unless your difficulty smelling has to do with nasal congestion. You should not take any medicine with dextromethophan with the Lyrica and Cymbalta and some of the mucinex and Robitussin preparations have this ingredient. You can ask your pharmacist for the over the counter medications that are safe for you to take with your prescription meds.
