Serious: Seek medical attention right away. Any weight loss? Poor appetite, dark stools. Fatigue?. Get a chest imaging study and an upper endoscopy. Have a test for blood in your stool.

Coughing up blood: Coughing up blood is never normal, but can be as simple as from a nosebleed. You have a number of other symptoms that don't necessarily tie in together. See your doctor for an assessment and any necessary tests.
