More info please: Last menstrual period? Taking hormonal contraceptive pills, and if so, any recent changes? How long have you had the symptoms and why treatment have you tried? Hope that helps.

Incomplete history: You may have a stomach virus with a fever. Do you any other symptoms such as diarrhea? It is important to keep yourself hydrated.If symptoms persist beyond a few days or gets worse see a medical practitioner for evaluation
