Yes: whether to travel or not has nothing to do with having hypothyroidism. If your pregnancy has been normal, you should still be able to travel at 6 months. I assume you are taking thyroid hormone to keep your thyroid level normal. It should be monitored during the pregnancy.

Unless there: is some other medical reason prohibiting it. Make sure you're on the correct dose of BRAND NAME thyroxine replacement and your lab tests are normal. They will need to be checked several times during your pregnancy as your needs can change.
