Yes : If your hypothyroidism is poorly controlled, you may not ovulate regularly and might have difficulty getting pregnant. Being pregnant with poorly controlled hypo (or hyper) thyroidusm puts you and the baby at risk for many complications. Please make sure you get your thyroid under good control before you get pregnant.
