Yes: Smoking (anything) puts you at risk for developing lung cancer. In it's early stages it will likely not be detected on any blood test and may not be seen on an Xray. Keep in mind, there are MANY other health risks associated with smoking (lung disease, heart disease, blood clots, bladder cancer, stomach cancer, ulcers, bad smelling clothes, discolored teeth, etc) And Meth will kill you .

Future issues: You are 24. While marijuana and meth are not big cancer issues, the fact you are doing that should give you reason for concern. At this moment in time, cancer should be the least important thing on your list of stuff to worry about.
