really bad tingling arms just before bowel movement and lasts for 2 minutes after. been happening a year???? isit something serious?

Not sure: sounds like you are stimulating your vagus nerve and this is somehow causing a reflex of tingling. Have heard of passing out, but not generalized tingling. I would discuss with your healthcare provider.
