First get morning urine sample tested for UTI. Then increase your water intake, take cranberry juice twice a day. Maintain proper hygiene in urogenital area. Go to pee immediately after sex. Your doctor will treat you for urinary tract infection depending on the lab results and further work up as needed. Hope it helps.
