Need to know CBC: Complete Blood counts(CBC) is essential in order to tell you what you need to know. Neutrophils are typically 50-60% of your WBC count. But they can fluctuate. It depends on the cause of why you had the blood tests done in the first place. if you have had viral illness(Flue like illness) you can have an increase in lymphocytes which can make the neutrophil look low but that is only a short lived
