No: An elevated white blood cell count is very common in pregnancy. As long as the rest of the CBC is normal and you are feeling well I would not be concerned.

Hello, these are my abnormal test results. Everything else within normal range. These are repeat labs. Just Eosinophils have jumped. WBC 3.3 K/uL MCHC 31.8 g/dL Neutrophils (Absolute) 1.66 K/uL Lymphs (Absolute) 0.97 K/uL Eosinophils 12.00 ?
