how effective is sprintec? is taken at the sametime everyday. once in while i take it like 10 min late. been on it for a year and months.

1% per year: In clinical trials with Sprintec, the pregnancy rate was approximately 1 pregnancy per 100 women per year. You seem to be taking it correctly; however, the rate may be as high as 5% per year in women who don't take it correctly. Best wishes!
