See Child's Doctor: Your daughter's height is above the 97th percentile on growth chart. Weight not given. Girls enter pubertal growth spurt about 1 yr after the 1st sign of puberty which is onset of breast budding. A conclusion about her tall stature cannot be made without knowing her growth thru childhood, pubertal development, parental heights, health status & more. See your doctor for appropriate evaluation.

Tall for age: Your daughter is tall for her age, but you have to put it into genetic context. How tall are you and her dad? What has been her rate of growth for the past few years?
