No, not normal: but common in early teens, as the hormonal process works itself out- talk to your doc about birth control pills to control bleeding.

No, not normal: Try some Ibuprofen in the meantime to slow down her bleeding and make sure she stays hydrated. It's not normal for her to have that amount of bleeding and she should be evaluated by her doctor. Good luck.
