See a doc: I don't know what is available in your country, but she certainly needs to see a doc as soon as possible. Loss of muscle mass in one leg and fainting is pretty worrying and she needs to be seen as soon as she can be with her doctor and or the specialist or clinic treating her TB. Good luck! Namaste.

Needs further eval: Tuberculosis is a serious illness and requires treatment. The fainting and leg thinning could be results of the tuberculosis or due to other problems. Don't delay. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
