Usually not first : Tuberculosis, or tb, usually will come with other symptoms, such as chronic fever, lung issues like chronic cough, and weight loss. You can have bone pain also, but there is usually an exposure history as well as a series of other symptoms that make you think of tb. If those are there, or there is reason for you to suspect tb, then you should have your dad evaluated immediately.
