Hard to say.: It hard to say what is causing your shaky legs, lightheadedness, and faint feeling because there are numerous reasons and full evaluation with examination is necessary. Since you had a c- section recently, please follow up with your ob/gyn to rule out anemia and be evaluated for your symptoms.
