Twitches: These may be muscular contractions or irritability of a nerve in the thigh. If other areas of the body also have spasms, we check for magnesium or calcium deficiencies. A neurologist is best qualified to evaluate these types of symptoms.If the symptoms remain localized to the inner leg only, a systemic problem is unlikely.
