See doctor: The "cracking sounds when she stands or sit" may be normal if she is not a very active person, and may not be related to her weakness. I'm not sure what you mean by "weakness from within", but if it is an unexplained weakness in her muscles, then she should be examined by a doctor who will then determine if she needs to see as specialist or needs special test to see what can be done to help her.
