See your physician: These symptoms are worrisome and may be related to muscle strain, headache (eg migraine), cranial neouropathy, anxiety, meningitis, stroke, etc. See your physician as soon as possible. If the symptoms change or worsen, go to urgent care or the closest ER. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003206.htm

See a neurologist: The symptoms you described may be a serious neurological condition. Your primary care doctor will be able to narrow the possible explanations for your problem and determine if you should be seen and by a neurologist. Take care.
