Possibly Mono: I am not sure what you mean by really sick. If you were very tired, achy, with fever and sore throat and now you only have the symptoms mentioned in question you may have had Mono. This is a viral infection caused by the Epstein Barr virus. Everyone is affected differently but persistent fatigue and swollen glands can be a problem for some. Labs can confirm is this is the case. No real treatment.

Throat: Sounds like you are describing your tonsils. Those white spots may be tonsil stones. Drink lots of water and do salt water gargles three tines a day

See a doctor: This may be infectious mononucleosis or a syndrome similar to it. If you remain symptomatic you should be seen and evaluated. Good luck.
