Miscarriages happen: Many pregnancies miscarry (it's a normal part of life). Many women miscarry before their C-sections, and many women miscarry after their C-sections... which means miscarrying is not related to C-sections. If a woman has repeated miscarriages, her Ob-Gyn doctor can help find out if she has a disorder that makes her more likely than normal, to have miscarriages.
